Prices and conditions of sale are given for information only and may be modified depending on market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at that specific moment. SHIPPING

All our shipments will be made from Paris . We offer delivery by Priority Letter D+1 with tracking.

Current conditions with the Covid-19 situation may affect and delay the delivery time of orders.

The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all elements of the order and to verify that everything is included in the included products. After this period of 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no complaints will be accepted for defects or failures in the shipment.

Delivery of the shipment will be made to the address indicated as the place of destination. It will be considered executed when the competent person at that address agrees to take the shipment, whether or not they are the recipient listed on the delivery note.

If you receive a product damaged during transport, you are advised to contact us within 24 hours to report the incident to the transport company.


CANCELLATIONS

The customer can request the cancellation of an order if it has not been sent. If it has already left our facilities, the cancellation request will be considered a cancellation and must comply with the provisions of this case.

In the case of products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, a cancellation will not be accepted if they have already been manufactured, even if they have not been shipped.


ADMISSION RIGHTS POLICY

sticky-memos.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders whose text or images contain content that is insulting, discriminatory, inciting violence, which may infringe the rights of children or which may harm its own image. An order conforming to one of these assumptions may be canceled even after sending the confirmation email to the buyer.

If this happens, sticky-memos.com will inform the buyer of the cancellation of their order and/or refund the amount paid in full.


DISCLAIMER:

The Company shall not be liable for causes of force majeure, fortuitous events and any actions or omissions beyond its control (such as weather phenomena, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, acts of war, acts terrorists and other similar circumstances).

GUARANTEES

Generally, the warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. For this, it is essential to have the purchase confirmation email.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and/or handling of it other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, the consumer will have to pay for the repair. They are therefore excluded from the guarantee:
