FREE RETURNS WITHIN 72 HOURS (FREE CHARGES)

  • We sent you the wrong product, or it is broken, or the quality is defective.
  • We made an engraving error (in which case we will exchange it for a correct part).
  • The 15 days are counted from the day you received it at your home.

FREE RETURNS LIMITED TO 72 HOURS (SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED)

  • You have changed your mind and want another product.
  • In the case of personalized pieces, you will be charged 30% of the product because being personalized we can only recycle it and it cannot be sold.
  • The 72 hours are counted from the day you received it at your home.

MORE CONDITIONS

In some orders, the purchased product may be sent in a case, box or packaging suitable for the product. This case or packaging is an element intended for better protection and presentation of the product, but apart from the price of the product, therefore in the event of broken or damaged arrival, it is not replaced, replaced or paid for. Only the personalized product itself is the one that benefits from coverage for repeat or return in case it meets the necessary conditions (printing, manufacturing defect, etc.).
Custom products are made with the image and/or text sent by the user, in the same position, quality, resolution and measurements. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the image or text sent at the time of ordering has the appropriate characteristics for good manufacturing. If you have any doubts about the minimum requirements, please contact us.
sticky-memos.com accepts no responsibility for any difference in color or resolution between the original image and the supplied product caused by defective quality of the original image file. Complaints based on aesthetic taste will not result in a refund.
